BECOME APART OF THE COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY OF TCRCC BOARD OF DIRECTORS TEAM
HOW TO APPLY
Community Action Agency of Talladega, Clay, Randolph, Calhoun, and
Cleburne Counties (CAATCRCC) is a 501(c)(3) organization, with an annual
budget over seven million dollars. If you are innovative, committed, and
energetic, we welcome you to come be a part of this awesome organization.
We are seeking to appoint three new board members for the
Talladega, Clay and Calhoun County areas!
- Board meetings are currently held in the evening, every other month at our main office in Talladega, AL.
- Meeting are both in-person and virtual
- This is an unpaid voluntary position (Travel & Conference expenses are paid)
- We have a tripartite board
- The board supervises one employee: The Executive Director
- There is a period of a four(4) year term limit (term may be renewed)
- Key board responsibilities are; agency mission, planning, engagement, maintain & grow funds, performance, and accountability
- Agency target population; elderly and low-income
- Legal board responsibilities; duty of care, loyalty and obedience
